A Promise Made began with a single act of compassion — a promise to a child that joy would find them, no matter what. That promise grew into an annual tradition that touches children and their families.
Each year, our toy drive asks for charitable donors and community members to deliver gifts to children at UNC Children's Hospital who are fighting the hardest battles of their young lives.
Dear Rowan, Thank you SO much for the continued support you have provided to UNC Children's during the holidays. Your gift-in-kind donation has brought extreme joy, comfort, and a little normalcy to our patients and their families during a time that may otherwise be extremely stressful. We are super appreciative of your efforts in taking charge of A Promise Made. You had another successful year and we cannot put into words just how much of a difference you were able to make.
